Position Purpose:
Responsible for equipment or machines maintenance assuring appropriate conditions on the machines. Participate in new engineering technology implementation in accordance with law, internal standards and regulations and business objectives in compliance with engineering SOPs, HSE regulations and GMP requirement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
o Work with other groups (maintenance technicians, Quality, Engineering and Production Executives)
o Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines and document all Work according to GMP and HSE requirements
o Work to ensure that specific equipment and machines are maintained and operated in good condition following recommendations and procedures for equipment.
o Follow job plans, procedures and Work instructions related to the specific activities (e.g. electrical equipment, computer systems, etc.)

o Participate in the continuous improvement efforts within the site maintenance Program and provide support for start-up, commissioning and turnover of new systems throughout the site
o Execute service Work with site customers to minimize the risks and Work with contract service providers and support contractors executing maintenance activities
o Participate in planned an unplanned intervention on equipment and submit proposals for technical and other improvements collaborating with other technicians and operators when needed. Responsible for personal and professional development & support building organizational culture in line with Sandoz V&B.

Role Requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

• Degree in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in OSD Oncology facility in similar role with a reputed Pharmaceutical
• Operations Management and Execution Collaborating across boundaries
• Functional Breadth
