Job Description


:Technical Analyst Lead for Core Nx (Loan Management System for Retail Loans)

  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with business analyst lead to understand the requirement
  • Provide technical solutions for business requirement
  • Identify opportunity for new technology implementation
  • Ability to understand the system code
  • Knowledge of writing technical code
  • Analyse & understand the requirement in detail and conduct technical impact analysis including performance impact
  • To manage a team of technical analysts
  • Coordinate with BA team lead & Test team lead to review FSD and provide inputs
  • Coordinate with IT team and review the final code
  • Coordinate with IT to review evidences of unit testing
  • Coordinate with testing team to review evidence of regression testing
  • Thorough analysis of system issues faced post implementation and provide resolution
  • Ensure detailed documentation of Technical Specification(TSD) is completed and change management process is followed
  • Coordinate with IT for Technical specification documents (FSD)
  • Review FSD, TSD and provide/add inputs to ensure impact analysis is covered. Final sign off to be provided IT
  • Coordinating with IT team for RCA and suggest fix for reported issues
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years, BE (Computers)/MCA/MSC (IT)
Skills Required:
  • Good knowledge on Retail Loans (Personal, Home, Tractor, Consumer Durables, and Construction Vehicle Loans etc.)
  • Knowledge of emerging Industry practices on above mentioned areas
  • Preferably, experience in Business Analyst Lead and managing a team
  • Ability to implement and execute structured change management process
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and action-oriented
  • Should be good in Ms Office and PPTs
Technical Experience:
  • Experience in writing system codes and development
  • Experience in Integration with various systems
  • Knowledge of SQL DB, Dot NT 2.0, VB, Java
  • Ability to document Workflow architecture
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentations skills will be an added advantage
Professional Attributes:
  • Resource should have good communication skills
  • Experience of handling various projects and timely completion.
  • Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements
