• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operational back office activities about account opening/maintenance/MIS/Reconciliation in the banking or financial services industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze complex data
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
