:Job Title- Operations Team Leader, AVPLocation- Mumbai, IndiaRole DescriptionThe candidate is expected to have current understanding of client payment processing for loan, current and savings account payment processing, clearing activities, RTGS/NEFT processing etc. along with analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet predefined turn around for activities specified for the role.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Solid ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with moving targets. Knowledge of banking and financial services industry. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Minimum 10 years related experience. Graduate and having relevant experience banking and finance industry. MBA in finance, preferably CPA / Chartered Accountant, with public accounting experience and banking industry experience is added advantage.The role would be of ensuring adherence of DB Service Standards w.r.t. to Processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security.
