Job Overview:

The Maintenance Specialist - Operations Support plays a vital role in ensuring the RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY and TECHNICAL INTEGRITY of our operations. This position focuses on optimizing intervention costs, reinforcing the reliability of equipment and systems, and assisting customers to achieve their objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with project teams to integrate maintenance engineering for efficient start-ups and operations.
• Lead re-engineering initiatives to optimize system availability and costs during operations.
• Provide multidisciplinary technical support to sites, including electrical, rotating equipment, and instrumentation.
• Oversee and update the maintenance referential, promoting industry best practices.
• Collaborate on defining maintenance contracts and ensure their effective implementation and monitoring.
• Manage the maintenance aspect of the CMMS tool and spearhead RAM studies using GRIF software.
• Drive the development and adoption of digital tools for the maintenance process.
• Contribute actively to initiatives aligned with the CFR Roadmap.
Work Experience

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in maintenance engineering within the oil and gas sector.
• Proficiency in diverse maintenance disciplines and industry-standard practices.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems, notably CMMS, and RAM analysis tools like GRIF.

Soft Skills / Personality Traits:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, adept at multi-departmental collaboration.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and best practices.

Tools/Software Skills:

• Expertise in CMMS and GRIF software.
