Job title- Candidate Experience Executive (HR Onboarding)
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing end to end interview process from scheduling the interviews to delivery of the candidate
Assist candidates in understanding the organization's culture and values, helping them to align their preparation accordingly.
Share relevant background information about the company, position, and interviewers.
Ensure candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the interview process.
Building relationship with the candidate
Maintaining Interview dashboards/ trackers
Sharing timely feedback with the internal teams (Talent Acquisition Team, Client Services Team)
Follow-ups with Interviewer Panel for interview schedules & seek continuous feedback for any further improvisation
Reference Gathering from the prospect candidates
Resume formatting and editing of the candidates
Monitoring of hires and operations
Continuously evaluate and refine the interview scheduling and coordination process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates
Must Have
Minimum qualification- Post-graduate in any field
Excellent communication skills
Smart strong with articulation skills
Detail Oriented
Hands on experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Virtual/Physical).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for the above-mentioned roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Possess excellent analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
