• Perform arrival scans to document incoming packages and ensure accurate tracking.
• Record weights of packages to maintain precise shipment details.
• Conduct query scans to resolve any discrepancies or issues with scanned packages.
• Manage X-ray clearance procedures to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Retrieve and tally packages to confirm accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Handle detention procedures for packages requiring extra time for inspection or clearance.
• Store packages in the warehouse, following proper storage protocols to maintain package integrity.
• Ensure ECCS (Customs scan compliance) with proper filing of Form 1 and Form 2 as per regulatory requirements.
