Operations Supervisor Packing
Job Description
Roles and Responsibility-
Responsible for the planning & execution of pack plan within a scheduled time and Product specs
Trains and supervises the personnel of the Packing function.
Signalizes possibilities to improve work instructions and SOP
Prioritising the operation production orders with inventory management
Responsible for the correct execution OPOs in accordance with the SOP.
Reporting weekly and monthly performance of Packing
Number of hours worked 8hrs/ a day and 6 days a week
Working with computers Yes
Collaborates with different group of people to get work done
Constantly speaks the truth and operates with unquestionable integrity
Consistently meets, and moreover, tries to exceed business targets
Implementation of PPE at packing area
Maintaining safety regulations as per law as well Monsanto guidelines.
Records and documentation as per the standard
Confirmation of orders in SAP software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?29,000.00 - ?34,000.00 per month
