To help maintain and grow this standard, we're seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to develop the daily activities in our office located in Bangalore. As an ideal candidate, you'll have a sharp business mind and multi-tasking ability.



Tasks



• Control and process all the orders in SAP and prepare any required documents for Import/Export and within India shipping as Government requires.
• Provide timely support to sales team in terms of quotation, proforma invoice and post sales activities.
• Prepare any bank documents required for processing payments to the HQ and when required for the fulfilment of any sales.
• Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant.
• Ordering necessary supplies for the development of the activities of all departments.
• Oversee materials and inventory management and perform stock Audit yearly or when required by Management.
• Supervise stock levels are correct and shipments are received at Bangalore's warehouse correctly to fulfil the current and future orders.
• Supervise sampling, hose assembling related activities in the warehouse controlling that all the required assembly documentation is correctly filled and stored.
• Supervise office and warehouse sanitisation and maintenance.
• Other related tasks.


Requirements



• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years' proven experience in an operations management position.
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of management software programs, including SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong IT skills, including database development.
• Experience in Invoicing and filling Logistics documentation.
