HiGreetings of the Day.We have a critical opening with our client for Operational Specialist role for Gurgaon location.Experience : 7 to 8 yrsLocation: Gurgaon ( WFO)Mode of Employment: permJob descriptionOperations Specialist role involves collaborative work with both Microsoft and internal teams within Crayon ensuring adherence of Microsoft License transactions with Microsoft Operations policies. The individual would be responsible to analyze the transactional compliance trends and incorporate continuous improvements to cease non-compliant license transactions.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborative working with OEMs and internal teams within Crayon.Understanding compliance requirements defined by OEM and align them in accordance with respect to severity and impact on Crayon.Analyze the compliance trends of Crayon, identify the checkpoints and define a process for early triggers and eliminating non-compliance.Collaborate with respective stakeholders in MS and Crayon to facilitate the mitigation of compliance concerns.Stay updated on the MSxe2x80x99s compliance policy and percolate them with the respective teams within Crayon.Should be able to align Operations compliance with the Microsoft Licensing Agreements for a comprehensive delivery.Maintain/Track the compliance adherence.Incorporate continuous improvement with creation and introduction of tools.Experience & Skills:Should have a significant experience of working with MS as an OEM.Must be well-conversant with working on MSxe2x80x99s compliance and processes.Decent understanding of Microsoft Govt & AR (Additional Reseller) Business model.Decent understanding of Microsoft Licensing and Operations i.e. order loading process.Excellent communication skills.About CIEL HRCiel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry, powered by technology and analytics.
