What will you get to do?


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Whatfix to identify and develop strategies that enhance customer value.
• Serve as a liaison between customer-facing teams and internal departments to ensure alignment on customer needs and organizational objectives.
• Utilize analytical skills and data-driven insights to identify and address business challenges, optimizing overall performance.
• Data governance - Ensuring data accuracy, identifying and solving for data mismatches.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate data collection, cleaning, and processing tasks.
• Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop data models and dashboards for tracking KPIs.
• Fulfilling varied Reporting requirements across different teams/stakeholders.






What you need to have:


• Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in Operations domain.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python or R..
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM preferred.
