Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Operations and Sales Manager for our sports facility in Calicut. This role will lead the operations and sales teams to drive facility growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost business growth and client engagement.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and a positive customer experience.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Sales target achievement.
• Perform financial analysis to inform business decisions and enhance revenue.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, operations, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any CRM software, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Job Location: Calicut (Willing to relocate prior starting the work)
