Job Summary

The Operations MIS Executive is responsible for providing data-driven insights to support operational decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in advanced Excel, and a deep understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather operational data from various sources, including ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Clean and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, and tools to analyze operational data and extract meaningful insights. Create pivot tables, charts, and graphs to visualize data effectively.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to understand the underlying reasons for performance issues or deviations from targets.
• Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on operational performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
• Process Optimization: Use data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations managers and other stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
