Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations MIS Executive to oversee and manage the company's operational data and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting operational data that drives informed decision-making across departments. This is an onsite role based in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:- Compile, validate, and manage operational data from various departments such as sales, supply chain, inventory, and customer service.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy while maintaining comprehensive databases for all key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. MIS Reporting:- Design and generate detailed reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and operational performance.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering all aspects of operations, including sales, stock levels, production efficiency, and customer feedback.

3. Process Improvement:- Collaborate with operations, finance, and other departments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes.- Use data insights to suggest actionable improvements to enhance overall business performance.

4. Data Analysis:- Analyze data to support business decisions related to resource allocation, process optimization, and strategic planning.- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on specific departmental needs and management requests.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain Monitoring:- Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely restocking and availability of key components and finished products.- Generate reports to track and improve supply chain efficiency, and ensure alignment with sales forecasts.

6. Coordination with Cross-functional Teams:- Work closely with different departments (sales, operations, finance) to ensure data consistency and timely updates.- Ensure that reporting aligns with company goals and provides actionable insights to the leadership team.

7. Software & Tools Management:- Proficiently use ERP and MIS systems to ensure smooth data flow and integration across different business functions.- Maintain the MIS system and update it periodically to meet evolving business needs.

8. Compliance & Documentation:- Ensure proper documentation and data management practices are in place for all reports and analyses.- Adhere to company standards and compliance protocols in data handling and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in MIS or Data Analytics is a plus.

- Experience:- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an MIS role, preferably in operations within the manufacturing, automotive, or EV industry.- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

- Technical Skills:- Expertise in MS Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).- Experience with ERP systems, MIS tools, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.

- Analytical Thinking:Ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.

- Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data and reports effectively to stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail:High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.

- Problem-Solving:Ability to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and provide innovative solutions to operational issues.

Additional Requirements:- Residence in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, is compulsory.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
