The individual should have excellent communications skills and should be able to drive meetings / discussions with multiple stakeholders in the bank and convert into conclusive actionable.
The role involves building sustainable governance model within and outside the bank to ensure the payout / receivable process is operating seamlessly.
This requires one to ensure all payouts / receivables are tracked, along with valid agreements including agreed commercials and calculations.
The individual needs to liaise with Central Ops team on regular intervals to ensure payouts / receivable process are carried out appropriately, he / she will be responsible to upload the relevant invoices and documents in the i-pay for seamless payments and follow-up for recoveries.
The candidate also needs to work on automating these payouts / receivables and needs to build effective engagement between business teams and central ops team.
Periodic publishing of Dashboards and reports providing an overview to the SMT, which includes status across payouts and receivables along with validity of agreements /commercials highlighting challenges / exceptions if any.
Needs to be well versed in preparing SOPs to streamline processes.
Additionally, the individual will also be responsible for managing recon exceptions highlighted across all partners. Also, conducting comprehensive RCAs which and identify process / journey gaps and accordingly driving the same to implementation and closure with partnership / product teams.
Handling of Internal audit and RBI audit queries related to partners payout/receivables and reconciliation processes.
Managing of off-role resources payroll process and tracking of their attendance & leaves.
The candidate needs to have good knowledge on excel and PowerPoint.
