Hiring For Operations Manager....!!!

Key Deliverables:

• Curating unique itineraries that are less visited yet are the most beautiful places.
• Researching newer locations and planning on curating the best of the best experiences
• Managing the overall workability of an itinerary and constant follow-up during the clients' journey
• Research the local suppliers and DMCs
• Expertise in customising and tailoring the itineraries as per the client's preferences.
• Continuous research on partnering with the locales instead of looking for a DMC or a consolidator of tour packages.
• In case a prefixed itinerary is received from a DMC, the manager must analyse and tailor it to Essell's style of presenting a tour.
• Checking on the credibility of the local suppliers, guides, and car rental agencies and then accordingly incorporating them in the itinerary.
• Ensuring a minimum of 4 packages under each of the categories like historic, cultural, romantic, adventure, safari, relaxing, gastronomic, spa therapies, etc.
• Maintaining that rapport with the suppliers, DMCs, and other local partners in obtaining the quotations
• Ensure a smooth booking process for flights/hotels/car rentals both online and offline.
• Attending travel trade shows whenever and wherever required along with the marketing managers.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
