Our client is engaged in manufacturing, installation and servicing of Multi level Stack parking systems, passenger lifts and car lifts operating in Mumbai. Customize the parking stacks, customize our car stacks to suit the decor of clients building. Our client can help to give the machines a makeover, so they look attractive as well as become more user friendly.Operations Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and supervision of all parking operations .This includes overseeing the daily operations of all parking facilities, managing staff, developing and implementing parking policies and procedures, and ensuring that the company's parking needs are met in a safe and efficient manner.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Oversee the daily operations of all parking facilities, including parking garages, surface lots, and valet parking services.
• Hire, train, and supervise all parking staff.
• Develop and implement parking policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all parking facilities are well-maintained and safe for customers and staff.
• Manage parking revenue and expenses.
• Prepare and present parking budgets to senior management.
• Conduct parking surveys and studies to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with other departments to coordinate parking needs for special events and other activities.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest parking industry trends and technologies.

• Contractor Finalization and negotiations.
• Following up with contractors for manpower supply and site progress.
• Responding to Client query w.r.t to start work, manpower, Material Delivery Status.
• Site continuation as per schedule by ensuring all required material and manpower provided onsite in time.
• Liaison between Installation / maintenance xe2x80x93 Production xe2x80x93 Client.
• Ensuring Site handover process is completed as per defined company policy and documentation.
• BE/Diploma xe2x80x93 Mechanical Engineering.
• Overall 8 plus years of experience and min 2 years of experience as Operations Manager.
• Location : Shilphata/ Sakinaka
• Office Time : 9.30 PM to 6.30 PM (Six days working)
