HCP Onboarding and Verification Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented HCP Onboarding and Verification Manager to oversee the onboarding and credential verification of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Set up and manage the process for HCP profile updates. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and conduct regular compliance audits.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals throughout the onboarding process.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Train and mentor team members on verification and onboarding best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the onboarding experience.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; master\xe2\x80\x99s preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in healthcare mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
