: As a Franchise Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a franchise business. You will work closely with franchisees to ensure that they are following brand standards, meeting operational goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, operational support, training, and performance management.Responsibilities: 1. Franchisee Support:\xef\x82\xb7 To assist asst. manager operations on Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure they understand and adhere to brand standards, policies, and procedures.\xef\x82\xb7 To assist Asst. Operation Manager to Conduct regular site visits to assess franchisee performance, offer feedback, and address any operational issues.\xef\x82\xb7 Assist franchisees in implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze Financial Data and provide guidance to franchisees on ways to improve profitability.\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, sales to ensure franchise locations are aligned with company objectives\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the franchise renewal process and assist with franchise development efforts 2. Training and Development:\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure franchisees and their staff are properly trained on operational processes, customer service, and product knowledge.\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with the training department to ensure consistent training materials and programs are available to franchisees.\xef\x82\xb7 Identify training needs and develop strategies to address any skill gaps or performance issues. 3. Operational Excellence:\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of franchise locations.\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improvement to maximize efficiency and profitability.\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute operational plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor Teams KRA-KPI to track the performance of Team4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure franchisees comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, labor laws, and licensing agreements.\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with brand standards, operational protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.\xef\x82\xb7 Address any non-compliance issues promptly and work with franchisees to implement corrective actions.5. Relationship Management:\xef\x82\xb7 Foster positive and collaborative relationships with franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact for operational matters.\xef\x82\xb7 Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office, facilitating effective communication and information sharing.\xef\x82\xb7 Actively listen to franchisees\' concerns and feedback, and work towards mutually beneficial solutions.\xef\x82\xb7 Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the function and Yewale Amruttulyas goals \xef\x82\xb7Location Survey:\xef\x82\xb7 The candidate will be responsible to identify correct location for the stores and should communicate the same to the sales dept.\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate will also evaluate the location suggested by franchisees and communicate his assessment to the sales team\xef\x82\xb7 New Store Opening\xef\x82\xb7 The candidate will support all the initiatives in new store opening i.e. pre-opening, opening and post opening support will be provided to the franchise.\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate will be coordinating with franchise owner and vendors for successful setup of the new franchise\xef\x82\xb7 Supply Chain\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate will be coordinating with Distributors and Franchisees for proper supply of Raw material and selective food products.\xef\x82\xb7 COCO Outlet\xef\x82\xb7 The candidate will be responsible for profitability and smooth functioning of all COCO Outlets by establishing proper processes.\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate has to identify proper location and complete the set up seamlessly\xef\x82\xb7 CRM\xef\x82\xb7 It will be responsibility of candidate to maintain immaculate relations with franchise owners end customers so that they can experience customer delight from yewale amruttulya\xef\x82\xb7 It will be candidates responsibility to maintain and enhance companys brand image by providing timely support in addressing issues of franchise owners and end customersQualification Requirements:\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\xef\x82\xb7 Total Experience required - 7-8 Years, Proven experience or Minimum 5 Years of Experience in franchise operations management or a similar role.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of franchising principles, policies, and procedures.Skills\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with franchisees, corporate staff, and other stakeholders.\xef\x82\xb7 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per monthBenefits:
