Responsibilities . Review performance of own department against agreed SLAs & KPIs, and ensure KPIs are reliable, transparent, and up to date for all activities. . Attend regular performance review meetings/conference calls with Nordic customers. . Review Period & Management Reports. . Chair Period Review meetings & regular Team meetings. . Oversee the departments\' scope of service delivery, change and process improvement management including digitization efforts, migrations management, implementations of new teams/tasks. . Coordinate handover of new activities from the Nordic business to CoE . Delivering our vision, leading the employees towards our common goals . Monitor, coach and train subordinates on implementation of goals, policies and procedures . Escalate issues / non-compliance to senior management in the CoE & Elkjop Group . Engage in additional projects & system developments as agreed . Continually review structure and roles to deliver business improvements . Complete regular Performance & Development Reviews (PDRs) with each team member & create Personal Development plans (PDP) . Ensure Company controls & procedures are in place to deliver a safe secure & pleasant working environment . Ensure all process related documents are in place and up to date . Manage department budget and profitability . Ensure effective management of resources. Suitable for core times with the flexibility to meet business demands .
