Post - Sr Executive/ Mangaer - Operations & Admin
Location - Vasai, Sativali (Onsite)
Remuneration - up to 4,20,000/- LPA
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Operations:
Overall In-charge of the administration and operation team. Will Supervise, Monitored and solely responsible for the operation activities.
Coordinate with the hospitals for any medical's examination/ test for trainees and trainers. Required for conducting CPD or any refresher training for Staff or clients' trainees
Ensure collect all the relevant information from the sales team for post sales activities.
Prepare training calendar in the ERP on daily basis and shared with the entire team for their information and compliances.
Maintain records of all the training done, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled on daily basis.
Coordinate with the clients for confirmation on training assigned to the trainers.
Coordinate with clients for medical and other relevant documents before the training
Monitor the Moderation and certification to be done on timely manner, failure in the process, must be escalated to the higher management.
Admin
The necessary arrangements for team travel and accommodation shall be yours or your team's responsibility. Ensure the Trainers should reach on time or before the training hours at the site or center.
Submit a complete training stock material summary at every quarter to the management for the updating
Ensure all the documents and service agreements related to the vendor registration equipment amc are updated regularly and kept readily available for the Audit, internal inspection and for record keeping.
Arrange joining kit for new joiners
Maintain proper stock inventory i.e Sl no , description of equipment , DoM, DoE, equip Code, color code, make, model , product Sl No and Product inward qty , inward date , Outward or issued to , issued date , Balance qty . etc. Check all the equipment's and muster the quantity with the Present records.
Perform basic admin duties like ordering office supplies
Audit
Ensure that the training Data, QMS and equipment's details, PTW reports, Trainer details and all the data required for the Audit purpose is to be Updated and kept readily available for any internal and External audits.
Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience handling the operation department or supporting the operation team
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in computer operative systems including MS Office
Working knowledge of CRM platforms
Ability to work as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
