Job Description

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily

operations across multiple businesses and projects, ensuring that all activities are carried out

efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing resources, liaising with stakeholders, and

ensuring that business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee the daily operations of multiple businesses, including residential and

commercial projects.

? Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and other key personnel to ensure

projects are on track and within budget.

? Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

? Collect & organize data points.

? Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

? Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment and

manage payroll.

? Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns

promptly.

? Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams and departments.

? Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related

field. MBA preferred.

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the

construction or real estate industry.

? Strong leadership and organizational skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

? Proficient in project management software and tools.

? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

? Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
