Candidate should have experience in Property Management / Facility Management Industry. Engineering background will be an added advantage. KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB: \xef\x82\xb7 Handling the day to day operations of the company and ensuring that the progress is as per the plan and providing guidance and troubleshooting for the team and the clients as and when needed \xef\x82\xb7 Working together with key participants to compile the budget of operations and implementation. \xef\x82\xb7 Driving the company\xe2\x80\x99s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals \xef\x82\xb7 Overseeing the day to day operation of the team on the tech, operations (support and implementation) and ensuring timely deliverables and quality work with uttermost client satisfaction \xef\x82\xb7 Assessing and implementing improved processes optimization and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure and drive engagement (70% or higher) of all products implemented. KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for managing the Project Management & Implementation for various suite of Products and ensure services are adhered as per client expectations within timelines \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for timely release of various product which are at development and ideation stage \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for the day to day running of the business and operations of the company and also ensuring timely MIS to the management team \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring the client experience across the transitioning and implementation of the product. \xef\x82\xb7 Being the custodian of all the Product manuals, training manuals, client communication. \xef\x82\xb7 Process identification, implementation, review and deciding the future scope of work \xef\x82\xb7 Define and develop Standard Operating Procedures for the team and regularly monitor their performance and replenish the same process flow. \xef\x82\xb7 Implementation of the overall solution of the projects providing an integrated solution to the client \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate and assess the customer needs and map it with the existing solution bucket of CRM, Smart Secure & external hardware integrators \xef\x82\xb7 Liaison across various internal teams and external partners to provide optimum solution and troubleshoot. \xef\x82\xb7 Should have a keen eye for identifying the customer\xe2\x80\x99s problem and resolve them in timely manner with the best solution. \xef\x82\xb7 Planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Identify faults and rectifications. Analyze troubles to remove their causes and avoid reappearance \xef\x82\xb7 Strategize and implement the expansion plans for the company across all geographies Setting up of the operations team across various geographies and manage them regularly ensuring the targets are met \xef\x82\xb7 Working with distributors and their team towards implementation for projects across various locations in India and IOT Products. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct select customer site visits and ensure the installation happens through internal and distribution teams within and ensure TATs are met. \xef\x82\xb7 Keeping a track of the engagement and usage of the product across clients, and incase the said is below mark ensuring that proactive measure to improve the same are taken. \xef\x82\xb7 Executing specific people programs on training and development and customer engagement. \xef\x82\xb7 Identifying and implementing training needs to the team and clients. SKILLS REQUIRED: \xef\x82\xb7 Passion for Technology and Service Delivery \xef\x82\xb7 Has a background in independently handling quantitative decision making, ability to drive operations metrics \xef\x82\xb7 Has managed critical operational processes, is system and process driven. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong follow up skills with extremely client focused and customer service driven attitude \xef\x82\xb7 Extremely organized, attention to detail and passion to achieve perfection \xef\x82\xb7 Self-starter, Hands on Leader & Positive Thinker \xef\x82\xb7 Should be an out of box Thinker and Leader. \xef\x82\xb7 Problem Solver \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Property Management / Facility Management system Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.60 per month Benefits:
