Position Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our electric two-wheeler fleet. This role involves managing the fleet's maintenance, logistics, and operational efficiency to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within the electric vehicle or transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fleet Management:
• Oversee the deployment, operation, and maintenance of the electric two-wheeler fleet.
• Ensure fleet availability and reliability by coordinating routine maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Logistics and Coordination:
• Manage logistics for vehicle distribution, deployment, and retrieval.
• Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and optimize routes for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fleet operations.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
• Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, drivers, and support staff.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to fleet operations.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the electric vehicle or transportation sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and maintenance is a plus.
• Proficeny in using Microsoft office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
