Job Description

An Operations Manager at our property is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the Property. Here are some key duties and responsibilities:

1. Front Office Management: Ensure efficient front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.

2. Housekeeping: Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, laundry, and room preparation.

3. Food and Beverage: Manage restaurants, bars, and room service, maintaining quality, service, and profitability.

4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, respond to guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

5. Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop hotel staff to provide excellent service and maximize productivity.

6. Budgeting and Financial Management: Monitor and control hotel expenses, revenues, and budgets to meet business objectives.

7. Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain hotel facilities and amenities.

8. Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security standards.

9. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards in all aspects of hotel operations.

10. Compliance: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as health and safety, data protection, and accessibility.

11. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

12. Team Collaboration: Liaise with department heads, such as Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management, to align strategies and drive business results.

13. Innovation and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance hotel operations and guest experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
