We are looking for a Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of Jhargram Raj Palace Heritage Hotel.Should have a rich experience of 10 years in Food and beverage service,gained experience of Housekeeping, Room service, Front Office and Reservations.
Must have good leadership skills and command over workers and manpower planning in Rural/Non Urban areas.

- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows SOPs and all regulations of a 3 star hotel
- Ensure proper inventory management
