To lead the plan and execute the plan as per the scope and experience suggest value-added items to be included in the scope and build agreement with the customer on scope, deliverables, and timelines. 8. To actively support in sponsorship generation 9. Managing logistics, traveling, and other requirements of the project. 10. To support vendor management activity that is required by the conference which could be facility identification, Audio video support, Food and beverage, and other required facilities as needed by the conference. 11. To keep a detailed track of each vendor, their bills, and their associated documents in a structured manner and be available when it is requested. 12. To support the smooth execution of the conference on the day of the conferences which includes registration, and other facilities as needed on the date of the conference.
