Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the insurance process within the BPO.
Ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance in all operational activities.
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational performance.
Managing a team of employees, including handling staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborating with clients to understand and meet their requirements and expectations.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve process performance.
Implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.
Handling escalations and resolving operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
Regularly analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in business, management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO setting focused on insurance processes.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients.
In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Certification in operations management or related fields is a plus.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
