• Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a managerial or similar role within a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Develop and implement business strategies to generate new opportunities.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and other professional settings.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, including administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with legal staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Monitor and improve operational processes and workflows.
