Operations Manager - OneTree

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for highlighting issues in the properties to Cluster head and to help formulate solutions.
• Takes proactive approaches when dealing with employee concerns.
• Extends professionalism and courtesy to employees at all times.
• Communicates/updates all goals and results with employees.
• Assists/teaches the team scheduling against guests and hours/occupied room goals.
• Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.
• Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns.
• Extends professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times.
• Responds timely to customer service department requests.
• Ensures all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements.
• Responsible for day to day operations in the City and preparing the monthly process.
• Support and work with all Departments in the aspects of running these Properties smoothly.
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition to receive & serve the guests.
• Conduct weekly operations team meetings to discuss routine operational matters, collect feedback and action taken and also any staff issues. Minutes of the meeting to be sent to the Cluster head.
• Responsible for updating channel manager software for check-in and check-out data and maintaining daily sheets of guests.
• Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills, should be able to communicate in english.
• Ability to handle issue and situation
• Basic computer / internet literacy (use hotel management software, upload docs etc)
• Previous experience of 2-4 years in hospitality is mandatory
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
• Keen to commit to at least a 1-2 year time frame for the role Excellent writing skills (no typos)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Problem-solving and decision making under pressure
• Warm communication - empathy & personal connection
• Teamwork, especially with other Teammates

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hauz Khas, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
