- Team leadership, development, recruitment and budgeting
- Maintains customer and value based focus on operations, ways of working and local culture.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and service requests.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with business units to understand their needs and ensure alignment with service delivery.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of critical issues.Key Skill required:\'- Strong understanding of relevant applications and shared service operations.
- Proven experience in managing support teams and service delivery.
