Operations Manager
Job Description
We are in the Interior design product space for 13years. Currently we are looking for an Operations Executive to monitor our organization\xe2\x80\x99s functions and build processes that meet our business needs. The responsibilities include tracking client service results, logistics, and performing cost-benefit analyses. To be a successful Operations Manager, you may have atleast 1 year experience in the same or similar role. Freshers are also welcome. You should be able to communicate the vision of the company to customers. Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.Responsibilities
- Ensure all work flow systems operate smoothly and make necessary adjustments.
- Stock keeping and optimization study
- Smoothen all logistical activity to ensure correct timelines.
- Establish regular and accurate reporting.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes for after sales services that meet our business objectives.
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into work plans.
- Previous experience in Operations or showroom management/ willingness to learn quickly if fresher.
- Good knowledge of operations management
- Communication Skills - Good English is a prerequisite. Kannada and Hindi are optional.
