Job Overview As an Operations Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding hospitality services in our coliving properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with coliving experience, and be willing to travel between properties in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune. Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple coliving properties. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and security in all properties. Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address resident concerns promptly. Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships. Implement and maintain exceptional hospitality standards for residents. Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service and resolve resident issues effectively. Foster a sense of community among residents through organizing events and activities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet company standards and resident expectations. Gather feedback from residents and implement improvements based on their suggestions. Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to uphold the company\'s values and service standards. Schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to coliving spaces. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall resident experience. Willingness to travel frequently between properties in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune as needed. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven more than four years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on coliving being a strong advantage. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards related to coliving spaces. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet operational needs.
