About the internshipAs an Operations intern at GoMechanic, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, spoken and written English will be essential in supporting our operations team in various tasks.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with vendors.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze data and create reports to improve operational efficiency.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
4. Support in inventory management and procurement processes to meet business needs.
5. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for process improvement.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
7.
