About Krishify

Krishify is a digital platform that connects farmer-to-farmer for selling and buying cows and buffaloes without commission, free advice from experts regarding crop safety, and free advice regarding animal (Pashu) health. The biggest agriculture network in India. We provide agriculture weather forecasts, 10-14 days local weather reports, and an agriculture shop (dukaan) to directly contact the seller of fertilizer, manure, seeds, pesticides, etc. We also provide information regarding polyhouse farming, organic farming, poultry farming, etc., and information on more than 90 crops and more coming.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the business team with process implementation, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas and create monthly content for campaigns
2. Drive and improve customer experience
3. Track and analyze key metrics including seller-level SLAs and cancellations
4. Assist the team with the operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business
5. Assist with onboarding and training new sellers
6. Maintain procurement and contract records
7. Work on product listing and optimization, store management, campaign management, and stock availability
