About the internshipAs an operations Intern at Stirring Minds, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about operations, effective communication, sales, business research, CRM, and HRIS.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with day-to-day operations tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the company
2. Communicating effectively with team members and external partners to coordinate projects and initiatives
3. Supporting the sales team with CRM management and lead generation activities
4. Conducting business research to identify market trends and opportunities for growth
5. Assisting with HRIS tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
7.
