Location: Tamil Nadu, India
Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Operations:
Franchise Development: Identify, recruit, and manage franchise partners aligned with company standards and expansion goals.
Support and Training: Provide guidance, training, and operational support to franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards and business success.
Performance Monitoring: Track franchisee performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
2. Kiosks Operations:
Setup and Management: Oversee the setup, daytoday operations, and profitability of kiosk locations across Tamil Nadu.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage kiosk staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational objectives.
Inventory and Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand.
Sales and Marketing: Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives and promotions tailored to local market preferences.
3. Marketing In Charge:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across Tamil Nadu.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and promotional activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
Events and Promotions: Plan and execute promotional events and partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
4. Overall Business Operations:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve growth and profitability.
Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses related to operations in Tamil Nadu.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and mitigate operational risks.
Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams (production, logistics, HR) to optimize operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in senior management roles within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on franchise operations, kiosks management, and marketing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve business goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to travel within Tamil Nadu and occasionally nationally as required.
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Tamil Mandatory,
