Operations In Charge
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and committed Operations in charge to assist the Chief Operating officer and also lead our renowned hospital who is willing to :
• Over view and guide the daily operations of the hospital
• Establishing policies and procedures that support high-quality healthcare service, in partnership with hospital management, medical teams and the surrounding community
• Maintaining strong relationship with the employees.
• Managing a team of healthcare professionals
• Influencing strategic decisions related to hospital functions
• Resolving operational issues and analyses workflow
Qualification: MBA/MHA.
Experience: 3-5years in hospital industry as operation in charge.
Salary is not a concern for the ideal candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

• Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
• Hospital: 3 years (Preferred)
