Require someone who has experience running or being a part of a contracting company (ideally a civil engineer but not necessarily).
Well spoken and can communicate effectively & has good time management skills
Be the point of contact for partner
Handle his correspondence- emails, calls, text messages
Oversee cash flow o Follow up with clients on payments and maintain a payment schedule
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports o Site supervision
Disaster management (specifically related to a construction site- supervise and solve on-site problems as and when they arise)
Build and keep an ongoing relation with contractors o Client servicing
Dealing with different senior engineers in the company and other department heads

Work Timings \xe2\x80\x93 9.30 am to 8.00 pm (the work hours may get even more erratic during deadlines)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Working Days \xe2\x80\x93 6
\xe2\x80\xa2 Work Location \xe2\x80\x93 Colaba (but includes field work as well)
In-house employee strength \xe2\x80\x93 120 +
would prefer someone is energetic as it is a job that will entail quite a bit of field work and the timings can be harsh
