Only candidates with 12+ years of experience in process equipment should apply Only candidates with experience in automotive/heavy mfg industry to appl Reporting into the plant head, you will be responsible for- Formulating operating budget and plans for the company in line with strategic objective of the company Developing and executing operations and plant management strategies to ensure world class performance and sustainability along with monitoring daily operation schedules for all departments for accuracy and ensuring daily operational goals are realized Ensuring maintenance PM schedule meets equipment guidelines and coincides with operations schedules Analysing the data on plant performance and making appropriate recommendation for changes in procedures or plant and equipment modifications to improve efficiency and reliability, and to reduce safety hazards and lower production costs Ensuring adherence to production management, quality management, process enhancement and team management in the plant Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and in meeting the company level goals /targets like production targets, new quality systems (TPM, TPS, APS etc ) implementation The Successful Applicant Ideally you are a full time engineer with 12+ years of experience in the automotive industry. You should be having a leadership experience in managing an entire manufacturing operations including production/maintenance/ quality. An ideal candidate should be an engineer (preferably mechanical/automotive/ production) with 13+ years of experience in automotive industry. He/She should be experienced in production and manufacturing along with handling the entire set of operations of the plant.He/She should be managing a team in their current role. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and would possess strong vision towards growth and profitability of the business.
