Job Description

Operations - Managing the overall operations of the Hyderabad region and nearby cities as directed by the Company.

Installation, Training and Maintenance - Coordinating the installation of machines, training, and framing SOPs for machine training for the Client's staff, ensuring that the staff at the client's place are completely well versed with the functioning of the machine.

Planning and Execution - Ensuring that a proper plan is documented for every 'Demo', 'Installation of the Machine at new client's' Premises' and 'Maintenance' of the machine. Once a plan has been formalized, you will be required to share it with the management and take approval. You will ensure that the plan is executed to its optimum efficiency.

Demo - Coordinating with our in-house sales team and clients for the demo of our machine, ensuring all the supplies for the demo will reach in time at the Client's location.

Recruitment - To ensure that a proper team viz technicians, operators, supervisors, as and when required by the Company is recruited. The recruitment made shall be done only after approval has been taken by the Management. Management shall have the final call.

Grooming - All the operations staff recruited shall be properly groomed and well behaved. You are responsible for proper grooming of each member of staff. All staff should wear a proper uniform (given by the Company).

Maintaining a Performance Report of all employees - To prepare a proper KRA for all operations team and give monthly feedback to them on their performance. The KRA report card will be key to decide their bonus component.

Pay: Up to ?700,000.00 per year
