Job Description

As a Travel Services Specialist - Domestic & International, your primary responsibility is to manage travel reservations ,preparing itinerary ,quotation and travel arrangements for clients. You will be required to have extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, as well as an understanding of travel regulations and other legal requirements. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, booking reservations, managing itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role

Qualifications:

Customer Service and Travel Services skills

Experience in creating customised guided tours

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage and book travel arrangements

Knowledge of travel management systems and tools

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field is preferred

Fluency in English is required, with additional language proficiency viewed as an asset

Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for travel and client satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
