Operations Head - MaharashtraResponsibilitiesResponsible for all the outlets across Maharashtra.Formulate business strategy with others in the executive teamDesign policies that align with overall strategyImplement efficient processes and standardsCoordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retentionBudgeting, PnL of the outletsRevenue generation and upselling strategy developmentTeam HandlingManage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholdersEvaluate risk and lead quality assurance effortsOversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefitsMentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagementReport on operational performance and suggest improvementsRequirements and skillsProven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership roleFamiliarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and ITGood with numbers and financial planningOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and leadership abilityAnalytical mindProblem-solving aptitudeWorked with Restaurant Chains/ multiple outlets previouslyOther Details
