Job Description
This role entails overall responsibility of leading site/plant operations for our client. It involves carrying out our client\'s production objectives, with strong focus on customer service and quality requirements. This is a team leadership position with critical plant functions reporting to an incumbent.Reporting to the Head of Operations (Region), an incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Running and directing day to day operations with a focus on increasing production at a lower cost
- Strategising and defining goals, priorities, focus areas, and new expansion avenues for the team and the company
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for the client
- Ensuring that the current resources are optimally used, and new technologies are being adopted
- Team leadership
- Engineer from top engineering colleges, IITs/NITs/BITS
- More than 10 years experience in FMCG/Pharmaceutical companies, with an impactful work record
- Leadership experience in handling plant operations
- Ambition to grow in a larger role within site management domain
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Impressive communication skills and strong vision for personal growth
