Designation: Operations HeadThe Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home delivery business. This includes overseeing the delivery team, managing inventory, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and accurately. The Operations Manager also works closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement new growth strategies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home delivery business, including delivery scheduling, route planning, and driver management\xc2\xb7 Manage inventory levels and ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and accurately\xc2\xb7 Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement new growth strategies\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices\xc2\xb7 Hire, train, and supervise delivery drivers and other staff\xc2\xb7 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations\xc2\xb7 Sales and Business Development.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field\xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in home delivery operations, preferably in a management role\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteJob Type: Full-timePay: 35,000 - 50,000 per monthBenefits:
