• Support the Tech Area Lead and individual project/delivery managers and PMO to enable effective project delivery by reconciling budgets/forecasts and actual spend. Use this information to provide analysis and information to facilitate informed decision making.
• Maintain and monitor the register for project status reports including information about schedules, risks, issues, and key milestones.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage the billing process and validate resource costs.
• Support the Tech Area Lead with financial management of the Tech Area, including spend management
• Support the continuous improvement initiative to help NZ Technology be more efficient through various agile initiatives.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers and key stakeholders; supporting project managers and project communications.
• Collaborate with project managers to assist with the project/delivery planning process.
• Demonstrate ANZ values and build customer focused culture, foster collaboration across teams / business units

• Adhere to established ANZ policy, procedures and project management methods, including all project practices and templates.
• Support the maintenance of the release schedule for projects within the Tech Area.
• Identify and initiate new solutions or approaches to improve processes.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of existing processes within the Tech Area.
• Support delivery through facilitating team coherence.
• Display a positive attitude, operate with a collaborative approach and actively support the Tech Area Lead in the success of the programme.

What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 4+ years in PMO or program/project environments
• Preferably from a relevant background. Understanding of PMO management, finance processes and reporting, risk and project management standards, ideally within ANZ.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated team working ability, commitment and contribution to supporting the Tech Area. Ability to balance needs across the Tech Area
• A self-sufficient self-starter is an independent, proactive, and resourceful individual who effectively initiates and completes tasks without needing constant supervision.
