: Operations Executive in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)

Position: Operations Executive
Department: Operations
Reports to: Operations Head/Director
Location: Lucknow

Job Summary

The Operations Executive in the DOOH industry is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of digital advertising displays. This role involves ensuring that digital screens are functioning optimally, content is displayed correctly, and that all operational processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen Management:
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital screens.
• Ensure all screens are operational and displaying content as scheduled.
• Coordinate with technical teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Content Management:
• Schedule and upload content onto digital screens using content management systems (CMS) and other softwares.
• Monitor the performance and accuracy of displayed content.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely content updates.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze data from digital screens to assess performance and identify issues.
• Prepare regular reports on screen performance, uptime, and content effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Vendor and Client Coordination:
• Liaise with vendors for hardware and software support.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their advertising content is displayed as per agreements.
• Manage relationships with external partners and service providers.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of content display.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of digital screens and systems.




• Project Management:
• Manage projects related to the deployment of new digital screens and technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Technical Support:
• Provide first-level technical support for digital screen issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the DOOH industry or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital signage software. Basic understanding of networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in using analytics tools and software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
