Roles and Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance:
• Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and facility upkeep.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on gaming equipment, including laser tag guns.
Client Relations :
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the event planning process.
• Gather and act on feedback to continually improve service offerings.
Experience: 0-6 Months
Office Timings: 11:00 am to 09:00 pm
