Job Summary:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes within the company, focusing on client handling, client meetings, product management, training, and content writing. This role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
Understand client needs and ensure they are met with appropriate solutions and services.
Client Meetings:
Schedule, organize, and conduct client meetings to discuss project updates, feedback, and new requirements.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and product demonstrations during client meetings.
Follow up on meeting outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and project progression.
Product Handling:
Oversee the lifecycle of products from development to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Collaborate with product development teams to understand product specifications and features.
Ensure products are aligned with client expectations and company standards.
Training:
Develop and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Content Writing:
Write, edit, and proofread content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
Develop clear, engaging, and informative content that aligns with the company's voice and objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content.
Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering
• 1+ years of experience in commercial support
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interest in IT or products
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
