Provide operational support for a range of security service to the nominated client/s that contributes to:
1.The fulfilment of contractual obligations / requirements as specified by the client The effective mitigation of risk (including operational, commercial and HSE risks) for the client and Citadel Security.
2.Communicate professionally with clients and potential Citadel Clientele and resolve their queries and escalate as required to Management team
3. Ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory or internal governance requirements
4. Develop and maintain a high level of personal expertise relative to the allocation and management of labour, specific to the nominated client portfolio, industry or market sector
5. Ensure labour allocation is consistently managed in accordance with: Agreed internal policy, process, and procedure
6. Industrial relations, equal opportunity and employment conditions
7. Ensure relevant business information systems are continuously kept up-to-date and representative of current operational status, capability and demand
8. Continuously develop, manage and strengthen positive working relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, with the aim of promoting key organisational, operational and strategic objectives
9. Continuously monitor and report contract / service performance levels through the use of approved reporting, investigation, audit / assessment, training and continuous improvement programs or processes
10. Ensure the Guarhouse roster accurately reflects the approved costing, and rostered overtime is allocated in line with the costing
11. Support the relevant Australian operations teams in effective recruitment, onboarding, retention and management of internal resources associated with the service delivery
12. Support the relevant state operations teams in effective management of external resources and contractors associated with the service delivery
13. Support the broader Citadel organisation through timely and effective responses to requests, queries and agreed management actions
14. Perform other relevant duties as directed by line managers
15. Ensure there are no pay queries as a result of operations coordinator action
16. Daily Log Reporting Systems are implemented in a timely manner
17. Work with Senior management team in implementing a Direct Reporting systems from site through Guardhouse Portal and provision of Smartphones to all sites.
18. Complete exception reports in line with Rostering Payroll checklist process
escalate as required to Management team
22. Answer calls from employees and resolve their queries relating to pays, rostering, sick leaves, annual leaves
23. Monitor and respond to all after hours call out from Monitoring centres and dispatch Citadel Mobile patrol units as required
